Devotional Woe to them that Jesus does not know!

The Son of Man indeed goes just as it is written of Him, but woe to that man by whom the Son of Man is betrayed! It would have been good for that man if he had not been born.” Matthew 26:24 (NKJV)

There are thousands of verses in the Bible, but in one verse, Matthew confirms that those who betray, renounce, curse, or do other ungodly acts against God, will realize at their death an eternal life in Hell. This life is far worse than our brains could ever imagine, including eternal separation from our Lord. We see people all the time turn their backs to God, ignoring the warnings about doing so. Every Believer wants as many people as possible to find Jesus, giving their hearts to him so he will know them. As a Believer, you know that you have Jesus in your heart, you know that Jesus knows you.

Amen. But, King Jesus does not only know us, He loves us. And, because His Father's love has been poured into our hearts via His Holy Spirit (Romans 5:5)- we, the regenerated, have the capacity to return His love with the same intensity. It is THIS love that constrains us to want to share the Gospel with "as many as possible -as often as possible.'

Yes, but what I am saying is that there are plenty of quotes by Jesus that do say that, @Lonestar648, but the line you quoted from the Bible does not say that.

Perhaps you could add a quote by Jesus that does say specifically that.
