What are the best helpful writing sites?

I thought we might all share some of the best writing sites that are really helpful. There are two off the top of my head, mainly because they were former members.

The Company has some great resources, especially their 90 day novel challenge and such. they do want people to go to their school, but some of their stuff is still helpful even if you have no intention of going. I wasn't able to participate in the 90daynovelchalleng this year, but I still watched the videos and found some of it very helpful and encouraging. Also a Christian organization. They also have a magazine that is open to submissions, but does not pay. The Pearl Magazine
