Tech Support short writings by name title

I see that some of the members have short sayings and things written under their names. (Like Mostly Harmless and other things about themselves) How does this work? I haven't seen a way to add this in the profile section.

I used to do this on my work emails--a quote or snippet in italics after my name. My fave was this:

I wondered why the baseball kept getting bigger and bigger. Then it hit me.

Yeah, I think I was the one wondering about this a while back. I can't remember how I got mine to say something . . . and now I would love to change it but could never figure out how.
