depending on any medicines she may be on, some herbs don't get along with other medicines from the doctor. however, some kind of gut health support may be possible. I would definitely recommend researching that before taking any random herb.I am a survivor of severe anxiety attacks. By GOD's grace I have been able to quench them with natural products like kombucha, kefir, and a tincture containing black walnut, wormwood, and cloves. I have been using these with great success for over 10 years. The gut is the second brain. And, if you can maintain good gut health, your mental health may improve as well. Pray and ask the Lord if what is working for me may, also, help Monique. This is not a "one size fits all" solution. I can only testify, that to be able to heal oneself with natural remedies is nothing short of grace from the Lord.
God created plants to be for our medicine and food before He gave us animals to eat. It is truly wonderful how many great herbs He created with incredible healing properties.
