He answered and said, Lo, I see four men loose, walking in the midst of the fire. and they have no hurt; and the form of the fourth is like the Son of GOD.
Thank YOU LORD for bringing us to the 11th month of this year 2025, we have reached the season of "Thanksgiving". We have had challenges but what has been intended to change us has failed. What was meant to destroy us has failed. Every trap Satan has set for us did not work. His goal was to defeat us so soundly, we would call him lord and any title he wanted us to call him. But his plans failed because no matter what he throws at us the truth is "We serve GOD and GOD alone and He is always with us."

In the Old Testament book of Daniel, is the story of Daniel and his friends Hananiah, Mishael, and Azariah. They were truly special children but The king Nebuchadnezzar wanted their names changed and the prince of the eunuchs gave them names removing their true identity. They were named Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego. They were to treated well but Daniel made up in his mind he and his friends would not defile themselves because of this king.
Nebuchadnezzar makes an golden image that he wants praised which creates a problem for now Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego and of course someone tells the king these Hebrew boys refuse to honor a golden image. You know how it is when when someone get's jealous of you because you are Blessed to have GOD'S favor on your life and because of that you get to do things other's can't.
The penalty for not obeying the king? a furnace of fire that for these young men is heated 7 times hotter than normal unless they did what the king wanted. They refused and they are thrown into the furnace. Our punishment for not following idols may not be as drastic but there will be a price we pay for our following GOD and not men.
