No, it was a "Don't leave yet" screen. At Firefox's suggestion, I refreshed it instead of deleting the browser, and that seems to have solved the problem. Whew! I didn't want to switch to one of the big name browsers.

I can't read the article. Popups keep coming up and covering it. Is that something on my computer? It must be because when I used a different browser, it didn't happen. So I will have to figure out what happened to Firefox.

Thanks for this thread. I'm getting closer to publishing at least one of my Bible story books. I intended to go the Amazon route, as that seems to be (or seemed to be) what people do. I'm definitely rethinking that, for all the above reasons.

Since I write fictionalized Bible stories, I tend to take any words spoken by angels or by Jesus from the scripture itself. Actions are sometimes described in the scripture, but other times I include something that seems appropriate from the text. Show rather than tell also applies to the humans...

So your current project is an anthology of short stories? If so, you have however many short stories you have written. That's a good way to start because you have already dealt with the bigger picture, even if on a smaller scale.
