There is a joy,
that falls all over me,
when I sing praises to your name.
Whether I sing by myself,
or in a blessed group of believers,
my soul comes alive.
When I am feeling down,
there is nothing else that lifts me up quite as well,
than when songs are sung in your holy name.
Thank you, Lord,
for giving me the opportunities to honor You.
Let me empty my heart to You,
through the songs I sing for You.
Sometimes I formulate songs about You Lord,
that never leave my lips,
so, I write them down,
and by doing this,
it helps take away the stress that this world causes.
Let me sing to You oh my God,
until I leave this turbulent ball of clay.
I will never run out of joy that comes from You,
