Tech Support Getting duplicate pushes

There's no separate setting for moderators to receive push alerts. I've reached out to the software developer and asked if they have any suggestions.

Maybe disable the push notifications and see if that takes away one copy? If you find you're no longer receiving them at all, re-enable them?

I suspect this is something through your browser and not the system, as I've only received one other report of the duplicate alerts. I believe the other report was was resolved by restarting the phone, but will double-check on that later today.

Interesting. I just turned it off and received one push! I'm wondering if I'm a hiccup caught when you switched over and it gave me double pushes??? Waiting to see if singles continue.
 
I think it was BT. Not positive. Will watch for the next one.
