Since I ran Scriber grammar checker over all my stuff I determined that it does a better job than I can do.
However, now I have to spend a few weeks checking the grammar checker because it throws a curve ball on occasion.
I am finding this cathartic rather than work. I find satisfaction in knowing that I am doing the best job that I can for the sake of my readers.
Edit on.

I am finding this cathartic rather than work.

I'd spend countless hours chasing out every spelling, punctuation, grammar, and whatever error from my manuscript before sending it off to my editor. She's old school in that she works with a paper copy and a red pen.

Some time later a package arrives back containing my manuscript. I open it and am actually overjoyed that the pages are filled with red ink. It means she found all the mistakes.

So, yeah, I find it cathartic making all the corrections.
