When All Around Is Failing
When all around is failling in their health,
And on this I have too much time to dwell,
I covet to be found beside myself.
Such heaviness causes my head to swell.
"Where then is the Anchor for my soul?" I cry.
Oh yes, deep below this stormy surface.
Cast them on to the watery grave? I'll try;
Trust You have brought these griefs on purpose.
Grattitude stands when I pause a moment.
Your keeping-power over me is true.
I will call out their names, and not relent.
Daily, I bow until they make it through.
