Poetry Can You Imagine?

Can you imagine,
staring into the eyes of Jesus.
Eyes full of compassion and love,
that are very disarming,
that can see right through,
anyone's superficial facades.
He knows you better than anyone,
because He knew,
that He would create you from the dust.
Those eyes of compassion well up,
when we drift away from Him.
He knows everything we need,
He longs to hear our voices calling His name.
He is so patient with His waiting,
but one day,
the rapture will seal the end of this church age.
Do not wait for the tribulation to be on top of you,
before you start thinking about accepting Him.
I implore you,
do it now,
and you will bypass these horrific events.
People that delay in knowing Him right now,
I pray that the Holy Spirit awakens them.

I've prayed for it, too, Marc. I hate the devil. My heart breaks whenever I run into people that once loved to share what the Lord had been doing in their lives. Now, it's all about the things they they have or doing. The name of Jesus doesn't come up.😔

We must love our Lord in good times and bad times, not just the good ones while we put Him on the back burner! It is because of Him, we experience good things at all! I so agree with you When! Marc

The Parable of the Seeds should, also, remind us that there will be losses of companionship as we press on to bear much fruit for the Lord of the Harvest. It doesn't make it less painful, though. But, I keep reminding myself to trust the One who 'leaves the 99 to go after the lost one". And, when The Books are opened, there will be recipients of His amazing grace.. again. Amen?

Amen When, well said! Marc
