And given this is the only site that isn't on FB, Twitter, and Instagram, as well as the only time it's not referring to "Alice in Readerland," I wouldn't trust it if I were offered a penny for an article.

BTW, are those words above my English, or just glyphs?

According to Google Translate, it's Georgian.  It says:

Books, Discounts, Kids, Publishing, Literature, Writer, Classics, Cognitive, ...

ᲤDiscount · ავშChildren · 50 books · Branches

I was a little leery given they haven't provided me anything but a ProtonMail address.

Ah, that explains the suffix in their site's name. .ge. (I was thinking it was Germany, until I remember German consider themselves Deutsch.)

I think this went up to very leery though, since there is no definitive site in English. No reason to contact an English speaker then.

Ok, well, here's what happened.

I exchanged a few e-mails (through WiX, not my actual e-mail address) with this individual.  I thought it very odd that they didn't provide a link to their site.  Instead, the provided a login user ID and password.  That's when I bowed out.  Noooo thank you.

The link they provided was Readerland.net.  The domain was provided from a company called - yes, you read it right - Porkbuns LLC.  Prokbuns provides domain names that cannot be traced back to their owners.  Consequently, the e-mail address was using Proton Main, another place that is all about anonymity.

A little investigation and I discovered that the last time the domain (Readerland.net) was last updated was today.  Meaning they did something to that domain address after contacting me.

So, uh, nah.  Not going there.

This was a some sort of big-time trap being set up.
