Ruby For Women Looking For Submissions

Good morning writers!



At Ruby for Women, we offer words of hope, inspiration, and encouragement to women everywhere. God has given a story to each one of us, and in the Ruby for Women community, we seek to hear the true and authentic voice of every Christian woman. We hope you will share your story with us! You can read the current issue of the Ruby for Women magazine HERE where you can see some of the articles that are included in our magazine.



What We’re Looking For



We’re looking for articles covering a variety of topics including poetry, crafts, recipes, children’s stories, devotionals and inspirational pieces, informational articles about health, parenting, family, frugal living, etc. We ask that articles be no fewer than 250 words and no more than 750 words.



If a craft or recipe submission, pictures of the process and/or finished project/recipe would be appreciated.



SPRING THEMES (March, April, May)




Easter articles, stories, and devotionals; gardening, friendship, spring crafts and recipes, fun family activities, kite articles / crafts, sewing and quilting tutorials, children’s books and crafts, vacation planning, spring cleaning advice, devotionals, poetry, short stories, childhood memories, building strong family relationships, marriage encouragement, parenting articles and advice. SUBMISSION DEADLINE FEBRUARY 28th!



Please make sure submissions are edited, polished and ready for publication. Currently we do not pay for submissions, however all other rights (after first rights) revert back to the writer one month after publication.



When submitting, Please put "SPRING ISSUE 2015" in the subject line and send to bethatruby@aol.com.
