The first hour is probably worth it, although he spends the first 14 minutes touting himself. After the first hour, he goes into his program, which he has created to "do it all" for you, for only $1721.00.

Yes, I downloaded the pdf, but, like you, I haven't looked at it yet.

The first part is somewhat simplified. He has the writing and marketing boiled down into three steps with several substeps. I do think it was worth listening to the first hour (past those 14 minutes).
