How do you delete something posted here?

Earlier today I posted a non-fiction article in the Reading Room titled "Halloween Thoughts and Memories".

I then decided that I'd prefer to post it in the Critique and Feedback Forum.  Which is what I just did.  I now have the same article posted in two different sections of this website.  I'd like to delete the one the Reading Room, but I have no idea how to do that.  Could someone please advise me?
