What is the age and time of this story?

What is the race she comes from?

Where does she live as a country and/or state?

These are the titles you input to find a closer item of what you want.  Also use "famous story names"or theater, plays -  of . . .

I would look up main cites of said place for their online phone book to see real use of names with secondary and last names thrown in to see how things flows. Remember cities as built on ethnic heritage from the past.  Go back in history to the 1960's and earlier phone books for older names - (she was named after grand or great aunt and the like).

Blessings.

Honestly don't know how much help it would be, but building a new world for my fantasy story, i found this website that had all I needed, maybe it will help you...

https://www.behindthename.com

it has so much! Even ancient civilization names! (which I've been using for different races 😁 - a different ancient civilization for each different race - it's been a lot of fun!)

Is there a certain theme that defines this character?  If so, maybe you can look for a name that has the same meaning as this theme.

For example, in the two short stories that I'm working on at the moment, there is a genie who tends to be very zealous (usually overzealous) to grant wishes to his master, so I've named him "Mr. Zealous".

You can also do this for more realistic stories, and with real names by going on the internet, and typing "Names that mean _______."  If you'd like.

1. Claudia. While on a short term mission project in Romania years ago, I met a troubled street girl named Claudia. The latin based name means "lame or crippled".

2. Stratton. English, but it means "From The Town On The Roman Road". So if she lives on the streets, that might be a good name. It sounds tough. Strady is a slang word for a disreputable woman, which could be her nickname. Or people might just call her Stray.
