Has anyone come across Brenda Bevan Remmes and her Quaker Cafe Novels?

 

I have just read both of them and was blown away by her style of writing.   She also made me laugh out aloud in Quaker Cafe (the first one) with the ball game incident and the float scene.

Definitely a role model writing wise.
