Writing prompt! (this one's for you, @P.M. Turner ) And since we could all use some laughter....

A hero and a villain are forced to team up to throw their favorite police officer a surprise party. That includes party planning, sending invitations, shopping, decorating, etc.

But of course, everything goes wrong.
