This morning, I responded to a blog post on a friend's blog. Here is the blog. She talks about the value of Christian books. Several of my favorites at this time are Oswald Chambers and A. W. Tozer. I find their messages are relevant to our present times. I also have enjoyed Max Lucado's writings. Whose Christian writings do you enjoy?

Thanks, QS, for asking this question. The writers I follow aren't traditional authors. They are pastors who have expanded on their teachings. John MacArthur and Charles Stanley are the ones I read the most. I'm willing to branch out and will read some of the ones you enjoy. GBY

QS, I've known Marja for years. Actually, I think she was a member at one time. ??? And yes, I, too, love Chambers and Tozer. Also our preacher Kyle Idelman. MacArthur. A. B. Simpson. And others that aren't rolling off the end of my fingers.

Tony Evans' 'Kingdom Men' is amazing. I haven't read the 'Kingdom Women' one (I'm a guy after all:D). I'm sure it's great though.
