…how many ChristianWriters members know each other outside this forum (ie, in real life)?

How did you meet? Did it have anything to do with writing?

Physically met? None who are members at this time. However, I did get to meet several members for dinner in 2010 at a writers' conference in Indianapolis. Great fun! I'm connected to a few now members on FB but other than that...

So you didn't make it to the 12th annual ChristianWriter convention in Vegas?

I loved @lynnmosher 's standup comedy. She had everyone dying in laughter. I couldn't meet her afterward because she was mobbed by the crowd.

I was just thinking about communities, and groups of friends, both live and virtual, and how it’s interesting that I consider many of you friends, though I also have never met anyone “from” here in the flesh,
I still feel like I know many of you.

Oh, yes, Zee! When you're around such great people quite often like we are, you can't help but consider them friends.

I have not really, in person, met very many of my online friends, those here, on FB, or my blog. However, I treasure those friendships. I believe the one geographically closest to me in Lynn.
