I am the youngest person at my job and the other day an electrician asked, “where could they find anyone to replace us?”

I said, “a nursing home???”

Everyone laughed because it was kind of true. Sadly I am not sure if we have a future. No kids today want to work in a powerhouse even though they panic when their phone is dead and need those stirred electrons

LOL Great comeback, FP! And it's true. Most don't want to work and get their hands dirty. We need those willing to be electricians, carpenters, machinists, mechanics, welders, plumbers, etc.

Walmart just instituted a new hiring initiative. Truck Drivers for them will be home every weekend, yet make $100,000 a year in flat-based salary.

That is a pretty good deal for a person with a high school education and a Class A license. (67 cents per minute)
