Tech Support Emoticons not working

The popup box is empty. Anyone else experiencing emoticons not working?

For me they are invisible, and when selected they remain invisible. (I typed these emotes manually if they show up )

I just noticed the little dot-thingy in the tab at the top (for the site window) was still going, lasting a couple of minutes. And it just stopped. Don't know if it's taking too long to settle in or what it's doing.

Looks like the CDN went offline. I've swapped to another CDN and things seem to be working now.
