“ For by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God, not of works, lest anyone should boast.”
[ Ephesians 2:8-9 ]
“ His divine power has given us everything we need for life and godliness through our knowledge of him who called us by his own glory and goodness.”
[ 2 Peter 1:3 ]
His divine power has given us everything we need for godliness to walk naturally in His nature by His spirit, ( never again to sinful nature ) and the power to live according to His blue print, His divine purpose for our lives.
God has given to all who comes to Him; the same measure of power in Christ Jesus to live for Him here and now. We only need access by coming to knowledge of His word ( Jesus ) as we know Him from Faith to Faith when we abide always in His presence. The presence of God is the power of God. How much, in the measure we invite His presence to our heart, to that measure we're given access to His power. That's what makes the difference.
Everyone is given the same power in Christ Jesus to live above sin never to falter, we only need to access the necessary power over, by knowing Jesus, when we in constancy, invite His presence with a free and open heart in intimacy
Not only must we have a heart of faith that believes in Jesus, but also a heart that walks in Love. The moment we believe and are delivered completely from sin and death, we have the indwelling presence of the holy spirit in our hearts ( the spirit of God ) to become more like Jesus in every sense.
Just as any other fruits of the spirit, we have the spirit of love in us as a fruit not yet fully nurtured to the fullness of God's love until we grow. However, not only must we have the spirit of Love, but rather a heart that walks in Love i.e. a heart that grows deeper in love with Jesus. Loving Jesus doesn't have anything to do with our emotions or the senses, it is “sacrifice,” a living sacrifice.
Not only must we have love as we're given freely, we must walk in Love. It is this relationship, “walking in love,” deep intimacy, that ushers us into finding, knowing and living our blueprint in God's master plan to carry out and to help Him bring to completion, His project. The completion of His kingdom building through His Life in men.
To have deep intimacy with God is to simply surrender our life time to God. Our heart remains the contact point through which God's presence is invited.
When we begin to walk deeper in love, we see God in everything and also learn to listen from the holy spirit, letting Him help us cast-off all worldly and fleshy restraints which restrains God from being fully manifested in and through us.
A heart that walks more in love is a heart of sacrifice, a heart that lives no longer for self, but only committed to the glory of God.
Love has been perfected among us in this: that we may have boldness in the day of judgment; because as He is, so are we in this world.
[ I John 4:17 ]
We should not only have a heart of Faith that believes in the Lord's Jesus, but rather, a heart that walks in love as a complete reflection of the love of Jesus laying down His life in accordance to the will of the Father. Such selfless love, “a love of sacrifice” reflected in and through us, gives us boldness on the day of judgement, because we know as the spirit testifies in us that; in this world we lived our lives in sacrifice ( love ) just as Jesus did to fulfil the will of God for His glory of God unto all creation.
To what extent is your love as Jesus? This is true Christianity,
“ to love as Jesus as He was while on earth.”
Such it is for every man, to love in sacrifice with whatever good gifts and talents God has given. However, how great a love it is for a man to lay down his life to walk in what God has predestined him before the dawn of before creation, in accordance to His will for His glory.
“ Come now, you who say, “Today or tomorrow we will go to such and such a city, spend a year there, buy and sell, and make a profit”;
whereas you do not know what will happen tomorrow. For what is your life? It is even a vapor that appears for a little time and then vanishes away.
Instead you ought to say, “If the Lord wills, we shall live and do this or that.”
[ James 4:13-15 ]
Remember, Just as Jesus; Men have been working while it is day until night comes when they can no longer work. So Jesus said;
“ I must work the works of Him who sent Me while it is day; the night is coming when no one can work.”
[ John 9:4 ].
