Check out A Sense of Tiptoe and other articles of faith by Karen Hayes. ‘This is an engaging and rewarding collection seeking to face and grapple honestly with some serious questions about human beliefs regarding relationships with the divine.’ – LondonGrip Meet their misfortune with indifference, God gives and takes with even hand, Run from the heresies of difference, Shun what you do not understand. https://www.hollandparkpress.co.uk/books/a-sense-of-tiptoe/

  5. Hi! I wanted to share my exciting news: my second short article that I wrote during the summer got published in The Christian Journal! September's theme was on Romans 8:28. There's a lot of good articles to read if you can spend the time. They have both a print and digital version, so I can share it with you. My article is called "God's Faithful Refining" and it includes a picture of a teen girl sitting next to her school back pack. http://thechristianjournal.org/the-chrisitan-journal-september-2020/ I hope folks will enjoy this!

  10. I'm very excited to share with all of you my first book. Set A Seal Upon My Heart: A Devotional Study of The Song of Solomon I'm looking for people interested in receiving a free ebook for review. Let me know if you're interested.
  11. My new book, Testimonies of Grace, is now available! https://www.childofgracebooks.com/books
  12. Just came out this month: Christopher's Story: A Dog's Walk Through John 3:16. What does Jesus know about our lives here on earth? What can He know about addiction, a broken marriage, abuse? As Christopher tells it, more than we ever realized. Christopher sees the world from a dog's perspective and asks us to do more than read words on a page but to hear it with your very soul. Touching on single parenting, alcoholism and even miscarriage - you'll never look at John 3:16 the same. If you like Christopher's Story, there is Lisa's Testimony: A Dog's Walk Through the 23rd Psalm relea

  14. Hey, everyone! Just want to let you all know that tomorrow is the last day of my five-day free book promotion! It’s so cool to see all the interest in it. I’ve been working on the book for about two years, so if no one cared that would be discouraging, to say the least. But several writers have responded to say they would read it across different forums (it’s hard for me to remember who is on each forum sometimes, since I’m on so many across the web). If anyone else has a free ebook promotion coming up soon, let me know! I will try to download it and let you know what I think, if you
  15. Hi, everyone! So, in case you didn't know, I've recently published my first book on Amazon. It is exciting to see what will come of it! I've been working on it for about two years now, and my goal is to get it as high up in the rankings of books in its genre as possible! I think the best way to do that is to get it into the hands (or tablets, I guess) of as many people as possible, especially kids. Also, it's a great time to get it now, since it is completely free, and you don't even need a Kindle to read it (just the free Kindle app). Click here to get your free copy today!
  16. *Facepalms* I was so busy with life that I totally forgot to tell y'all about the release of my first book!!! Links of the Two Worlds came out on the seventeenth, just as planned... along with a five star review from the author of 63 books (Jenn Faulk)! *Faints* I just want to say thank you so much to @Jared Williams, @Zee, and @Other people whose names have slipped my mind.... (sorry, other people!) for helping me out in the critique forum. Y'all were such a blessing, and I hate to think of what my book would've ended up looking like without you. It's surprising what a difference can come
  17. “Does your dog think you are a Godly person? T.A. Laurie Sgt. Timms, a huge German Shepard and an Iraqi war veteran, still suffers from PTSD. Carl Spenser, an Afghanistan war veteran double amputee still has his problems. They are a match made in heaven and are best friends; who takes care of who is the big question. The only thing Sgt. Timms can’t understand is why Carl and Susan Buckley aren’t together; he obviously likes her as much as Sgt. Timms does. In this final book of the Hating God Trilog
  18. Hello Everyone! Final Chance, the next book in my Christian Romance/Suspense series, is published today. Many thanks to all of you here who put a great deal of time and effort into helping me make it the best it could be. As I've said before, I really feel that my books are a collaborative effort, and I certainly could not have done it alone. Check it out here: https://books2read.com/u/4NLwdo
  19. I've learned the hard way that if you're going to be a successful writer, you've got to be an effective marketer. I recently completed a book for authors entitled, "The Next Bestseller: Book Marketing for Success" I released it the week America shut down from Coronavirus, which is not the best time to release a book. As a pastor, my world went a little crazy for a while. This book represents my study and journey as an author struggling to learn how to market my books for the last six years. Though any author can benefit from it, I have an obvious Christian slant. I hope it's a blessing: https
  20. I just published an interview with Jamilette Pichardo at www.thejesusroad.com, who is not a writer on this site, but who has cerebral palsy. I thought you might find it interesting to see a writer who is overcoming her disability and writing, the same way that I did.
  21. This is an exciting Christian Dystopian series I spent the winter narrating. Dove Strong Book 1 Dove Strong loves God. She loves standing chin up and fists clenched when facing Satan's attacks. But there's one thing she doesn't love - other people. So when this spiritually-gifted, antisocial teenager is chosen to join other believers in a trek across Satan's territory, rattlesnakes and evil-intentioned Heathen aren't her biggest challenges. But failure isn't an option. In a month, the Christian Councils will decide the Reclaim, a vote on whether there'll be a war betwee
  22. I've just published an interview with Acccord64 (our own Bruce Fottler). He's a multitalented reader and I'm sure you'll enjoy his interview! Here's the link.
  23. Yes, it's what you've been waiting for- an interview with our own beloved Lynn Mosher at www.thejesusroad.com
  24. So "The Last Wolf King" is published and my experiment is underway... I'm about to learn if offering a short story + a sneak preview first chapter of my upcoming novel (for .99 cents) will increase interest/sales in the novel when it does come out later this summer. If this marketing technique proves to be successful, I'll be sure to let you all know. You can check it out on Amazon here: https://www.amazon.com/s?k=the+last+wolf+king+e.b.+roshan&ref=nb_sb_noss Or Kobo here: https://www.kobo.com/us/en/search?query=the+last+wolf+king+eb+roshan
