  1. Hey everyone! I just wanted to share that The Writers' Room (a collaborative writing advice column) has finished up Round 1 of posts! There may be a Round 2 in the future. @Alley, @Claire Tucker, @EBraten, @Lana Christian, and @triordan were all contributors. Their advice was really exemplary! If you want to check it out, here's a link: https://headdeskliz.com/category/the-writers-room/
  2. Just launched a brand new blog with my team of reviewers! We review books of almost every genre, then post the reviews on our blog and Instagram account. I'm so happy and blessed to be the leader of this wonderful trio 😊 Stuck in a Story
  3. Link building in 2020 is the process of earning links on other websites. Earned natural links directly improve the reputation of a website and where it ranks in Google, and other search engines. QUOTE: “We do use links as part of our algorithms” John Mueller, Google, 2015 I am looking for others to link exchange with me. Proverbs 27:17 (KJV) "Iron sharpeneth iron; so a man sharpeneth the countenance of his friend." At one time I had over 20,000 subscribers. I am now down to 300 after a three year hiatus. I am slowly rebuilding my website traffic, If you are interested, please message me so we can chat. God bless! www.aimhigherbooks.com
  4. It's official; my new site is up and live! 😃 A big giant thank you to everyone that helped!! You guys are fantastic, even if most of you don't want credit for helping. 🥳🥳 Alleyhart.com
  5. Hey everyone!! I wanted to announce the new section on my blog, the Writers' Room! 🥳 It's a collaborative writing advice column by Christian writers. If anyone is interested in contributing, please send me a message and I can tell you a little more about the column guidelines. In the meantime, I hope you enjoy!
  6. Mic And Pen YouTube Channel I narrate the Colour Fairy Series for Maggie Jeffrey who lives in Ely, England. She has Parkinson's and does not market her books much. I have made these videos and put them on my YouTube channel for her. The Fairy Party is a zoom party Maggie, Kate (our illustrator) and I enjoyed. We dressed up like fairies and talked about creating the books. I had the time of my life! Book 10 The Spring Ball is the complete narration of this delightful story of the fairy naming ceremony, the arrival of the grandparents by Phoenix (which happens to renew that moment) and the Cinderella story of Golda, the Colour Fairy. Enjoy!
  7. A new Human Beans comic story has just been posted on my website: www.aimhigherbooks.com It is a funny story of Little Jeffery's cousin Rosy getting a new pet.
  8. While being obedient to stay at home [as required by my age- makes me laugh], I've completely revamped my bergsland.org site into a biblical teaching site. I've started posting every day to try and help my readers cope with the ordeal. It's wonderful what the Lord is doing among us all. This is a great time to be alive. I wonder if the Groom will come to pick up His Bride before the crisis is over? Here's today's post: http://www.bergsland.org/2020/04/discipleship/holy-spirit/empower-bible-reading-by-asking-the-author-for-help/
