  1. Sarah, I hope and pray your voice will soon return to normal.
  2. I am so sorry to hear of your accident, but glad you are home recuperating!
  3. Sorry I haven't been to the site in a few days, it seems so long ago, but I could not delete my comment describing the wasp nest, which I included in my edit.

I did see the edit, so no worries! πŸ™‚Β

You're not the only one that doesn't stop in every day. It is fine. Stop in when you can, and don't sweat the rest. πŸ™‚Β

Thanks, Alley! I am someone who is satisfied with her post, and then wants to re-write everything.

      You're an editor? πŸ˜„πŸ˜‰πŸ˜ŠΒ

  4. I laughed so hard, it brought tears to my eyes.
  5. Listening to these lovely instruments played so well, makes me wish I had been given the opportunity to learn as a child. I made sure my children did.
  6. Welcome! I am curious to know if this quacking penguin is male, or female?
  7. Welcome, I trust you will find what you are looking for.
  8. I spent the night in my sister’s basement many years ago, and got up about 3 AM to feed my baby. Relying on the moonlight alone, I caught a sudden movement in the sink, and realized it was a wolf spider. I turned on the faucet, but it was too large to go down the drain! Despite my anguish, I had the where-with-all to switch to hot water. I make every effort to preserve the lives of beneficial spiders, except at 3 AM.

  9. Ha, ha, wasps tend to fly between the blinds and window, so they are an easy target. A giant spider, on the other hand...
  10. Alley, I went to your site, and this is what appeared: "This XML file does not appear to have any style information associated with it. The document tree is shown below."
  11. I stepped barefoot on a dead wasp as a child, and was stung. This made no sense at the time. If one enters my home, I spray it with Windex. It will twist its body onto its back in the throes of death, aiming its stinger upwards.
  12. The wasps up here in Canada are malicious, I am surprised no one was stung. This Mama bear needed to put on a brave front and protect her cubs.
  13. I feel frustrated it won't permit me to delete this comment, which I have now included in my post. "One more thing, this wasp condo was white, and had smooth sides, unlike the images I just viewed on Google."
  14. Nicola, I meant to post this earlier, but I needed to get to sleep. I just wanted to express my sympathies for what happened to you, and thank you for the warning.
