This is one of those songs that makes you want to do something for Christ!! It almost made me cry the first time I watched this too.

Keep in touch with this site. Forget that it's part of sci-fi. There are different categories. Very reliable site.

Recently Lynn Mosher wrote this in her newsletter: "Oh, my friends, do we fit the Bride’s description? Christ 'loved the church and gave Himself for her, that He might sanctify and cleanse her with the washing of water by the word, that He might present her to Himself a glorious church, not having spot or wrinkle or any such thing, but that she should be holy and without blemish.” (Eph. 5:25-27 NKJV) As a guy, I have always rebelled at be referred to as a "bride." Yet, over and over again the church is referred to as a bride, and as a man, I just don't see myself as a "bride." It's been confusing me for a lot of years. Then it occurred to me that the church as a whole is just a metaphor for that. It doesn't refer to individual men as a bride. Whew. But am I off base on this?

I'm really not sure. I might have to ask my dad.

Yeah, we've had local protesting for months. And occasionally, outside groups "visit"! What part of the city do your friend and relatives live, if you don't mind my asking? You can be generic if you like.

Everything going alright there? I should've guessed that it was Louisville that was being threatened. There was some protest a month or so there or just a show-off of weapons or something? I can't remember exactly.. But I do know some people who live there, including some distant family members.

You know, SW, I've never thought about how it appears/means/feels to men. I've always just thought collectively. But I understand your feelings. And no, you're not off-base. And yes, it is generic as Carolina said. LOL The strangest thought just crossed my mind.

I'm so sorry that happened to you. How did he get a hold of your story?

I received a call on day from my editor congratulating me my story, "Electrocuting the Clowns" was up for a story. I said great. He responded with, "But the bad news is that it's in somebody else's name. Someone has stolen your story!" So I tried contacting him, and that didn't work, and contacted all the places that I could think of, and that didn't work, I tried the Attorney General of the state of Indiana, saying that he was selling a product that I actually wrote and that didn't work. I found that he had sold the story to South Africa, Australia, the United States and Canada. I contacted the FBI's Internet Crime Commission, and that didn't help. I hired a lawyer and spent $10,000 on him and notified everything I could think of--I devoted an entire blog to him. And that didn't work. I could go on... So you see, I am rightfully skeptical. Sorry, Caroline. I'll be quiet now.

Whatever is your gift, that is what God will use to bless others through you. Works of charity and righteousness by faith in Christ Jesus complements each other to get us a place in God's kingdom. Works of charity alone, only helps to measure our level of kindness. We make a living by what we get and we make a life by what we give, because turning the other way when your fellow brother is in pain, in trouble, is equally rejecting Christ Himself. You begin to succeed with your life when other people's trouble, pain, begins to matter to you. This is the surest way to reactivate your love, by showing more love and Faith to the society of which we are a part. You're a part, I am a part, may God bless His words in your hearts, in Jesus name. Thank you lord. Apostle John Chi

I did it. 😀 I made it so that, before the agent was compromised, he pulled strings because he has connections so that, if any of them want to get on a flight (which they were planning on anyway), they simply had to use a code (I can't tell you what it is, it's top secret...just kidding, it's 7593), and they are free to go. Thanks for the help!

I wanted to share my thoughts on the current climate of our world today and this is what I have to say about it. Racism isn’t just about the color of a person’s skin. It goes deeper into our value system as a people. How can we as humans say that one person is more valuable or important than another because of the color of their skin. That just doesn’t make sense. Not if you are Christian anyway. If you believe the Word of God, then maybe you are skipping over these particular passages that states: 20 If anyone says, “I love God,” and hates his brother, he is a liar; for he who does not love his brother whom he has seen cannot love God whom he has not seen. 1 John 4:20 (ESV) 26 And he made from one man every nation of mankind to live on all the face of the earth, having determined allotted periods and the boundaries of their dwelling place, 27 that they should seek God, and perhaps feel their way toward him and find him. Yet he is actually not far from each one of us, 28 for ‘In him we live and move and have our being’; as even some of your own poets have said, ‘For we are indeed his offspring.’ Acts 17:26-28 (ESV) 26 for in Christ Jesus you are all sons of God, through faith. 27 For as many of you as were baptized into Christ have put on Christ. 28 There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither slave[a] nor free, there is no male and female, for you are all one in Christ Jesus. 29 And if you are Christ's, then you are Abraham's offspring, heirs according to promise. Galatians 3:26-29 (ESV) I think these three passages really speak volumes, if you take and read them in the proper context. Being that these United States were supposedly founded on religious principles and values, how can we be so hypocritical. The scripture also states that God is not a respecter of persons (Acts 10:34) so why should we. The blood that Jesus shed on that cross was for every man, woman, boy and girl, past, present and future, regardless of the color of their skin. Again how can we, with good conscience, who pack churches out on Saturday’s and Sunday’s, devalue another human being because of the color of their skin or their cultural background. How can we? Well, let me tell you what I think is the reasons are, Greed, Power and Fear. I was going to give the definition for each of them and go into this long discourse about it all, but I think they are pretty self explanatory. This is what rules the world and this is what oppresses. Until we deal with the root it will continue to spread its poison and we will continue to feel, see and deal with the results.

After reading John 1:1-34 Look, the Lamb, look! He is like none other. A speck of His light Heals the eye, blinds accusers. Lift up your heads For the remnants of Heaven Prepare in wonder A coming New Jerusalem. Unlimited Unction Fell on the Lamb, Replaced royal robes That Glory gave back Once Jesus went up, Teth’ring God’s heart to man, When the Son left a chalice Of grace in our hands.

(after reading Luke 23:44-56* and Matthew 27:19**) Sabbath was coming, Christ’s work was done. An Arimathean Bore witness, placed the Witness in rock. His secret devotion Was unmasked in a vote, He would say “No” Before Pilate’s “Yes” groaned. The Roman’s wife Had warned how a dream About Yeshua Upset her world scheme. But the world would view A washing of hands, A giving way To a coup in Graceland. The Galilee ladies Went home to rest In obedience to the Father Whose Son lay wrapped in death. Little did they know (Though the prophets said much) A new day would usher In Life after the hush. __________ * https://www.biblegateway.com/passage/?search=Luke+23%3A44-56&version=EHV ** https://www.biblegateway.com/passage/?search=Matthew+27%3A19&version=EHV

Here's my version of your version of Ku. Apologies for any and all inaccuracies! It's probably not remotely what you're looking for, but hey, it was fun--and took only a few minutes. I think I got the upturned nose and mischievous expression, at least.
