Is there a way...

to go to the latest post and not have to scroll to the end of the post and is there a way to get from the end of the post back up to the top without scrolling all the way. I really feel like I am missing something here but then again it might not be there.

Can someone point me in the right direction, lol?

Ok I just answered my own question as to how to get to the last posted item without scrolling but I still don't see a way to get back to the top of the page.
