Sold My First Screenplay

Well Gang

I just received an e-mail from an LA film student that he's mailing the contract and check for my short "Hook." It's not much money but I get credits and a copy of the finished project! Wow. I'm really jazzed. It's the first thing I've offered for sale too. It's not Christian so I made sure I have the first dibs on rewrites (which I will do for free) so I can sorta keep reins on it. ;)

*holds the contract and check. bows*

First, I want to thank my heavenly Father for His inspiration and goodness. I also want to thank the friends and fellow writer who helped me with this project. And I want to thank the forum for all their prayers.

*waves the check and contract in a victory gesture, follow the assistant off the stage*
