Updated Terms of Service (TOS) Agreement

I just updated the TOS (terms of Service) (http://christianwriters.com/forums/faq.php?faq=new_faq_item#faq_tos) agreement for CW. It doesn't contain any big surprises, but is more a consolidation of the rules which are already in place. All members are expected to abide by these guidelines, so please read them and make sure you understand them completely.
