You are invited to help me with a project inspired by the Lord. I am writing/putting together a book on angelic encounters (real ones, not stories about people with angelic qualities). I need angel stories true and fictional. Stories should be engaging, drawing the reader into the scene of the story and evoking emotions: anything from a smile to tears. In other words whether fact or fiction, tell it with pizzazz. It also must glorify God and not the angel.

Please pray about this. If you have had such an encounter or you want to write a fictional story about such an encounter, I would love to read it. I cannot pay you for the use of your stories in the book. However, for each accepted story, there will be a chapter dedicated to its author. I will interview all accepted authors, asking questions about the story. If it was a true story, I would like to know what happened after the fact and how the ordeal impacted your life. If it is a fiction tale, I want to know how you came up with the story and the purpose behind the story. I will also include a short bio of each author within his or her chapter. If (when) the book is published, you will get in depth exposure about your writing ministry.

Hi Donna :)

Well, I have already had two submissions, and there are a few people who have expressed a desire to submit. So from that end it is going pretty good. I do want to stress that I need both fiction and non-fiction stories for this project. I am finishing up the first two chapters now, so that I can prepare the proposal. Are you interested in submitting a story? If so I am glad to hear it. Sorry I have not e-mailed you back from the other day yet. :) I will though.
