I have recieved an e-mail saying that I have changed my e-mail address, but I have not changed it. Could you let me know what the problem is, I have several e-mail address could that be the problem? Thanks for youe help.

Hi Shirley,

Thanks. As long as the changes you made to the account are being saved, I believe you may safely disregard the e-mail. Since you didn't change your e-mail address, there should be nothing to confirm.

If the changes are not saved, then this is a different issue that I will need to look into. Please let me know if that is the case.

I may have not saved the changes I'll look into it and if thats the problem I will not reply, if that fixes the problem. If the problem continues I will let you know.
