Hi everyone, I have been blessed to have my first book published in November 2005, with an official release date of January 2006. It is entitled The Crushed Rose - Trusting in God to Renew and Restore Relationships. It is the true story of my 5-year journey to gain back the 20-year marriage that the enemy had stolen from me. This writing speaks of the tremendous power of prayer and the spiritual weapons of warfare that our Sovereign God has given to us as Christians.

Thousands of marriages are under assault by the enemy of our souls. He needs to be reminded that he lost the battle almost 2,000 years ago... I pray that many will be encouraged by this testimony to our Lord's glory and grace.

Hi Naomi,

I'm sorry to hear about your brother and his troubled marriage. But this is why "The Crushed Rose" is in print. There aren't words to express the sorrow and brokeness one feels at a time like this. I looked to God because if I had any hope left, it would be by the power of God and His grace, not mine. I would encourage your brother NOT to give up, even if his wife doesn't feel she loves him anymore. We serve a good God, who hears and answers the cries of our heart. I will be praying.

You're right! By trusting God and living according to His Word, God promises His faithful the very desires of their hearts. It takes time though, because He does things right, down to the last detail. God is good God is faithful. :)

Congratulations! I can definitely relate to the topic since my marriage flew apart into a thousand pieces about a year ago, and it was clearly an "attack" on several fronts. But God has pieced me back together in ways I could have never done on my own (or with my own strength), with great attention to detail, and for a time I was discouraged because it did not seem like much was happening on her end of things. Over the past few months, that appears to be changing. I still do not know where it will all lead.
