Spelling

Although I am a writer, I still struggle with spelling. I was wondering if it would be possible to add a spelling button to the Reply, and the New Thread area, so it would show you any spelling mistakes you make, and give you the ability to change them.

I am pretty sure there is a Vbb Mod for this.!thumbsup! :D

Great idea! I'm afraid that I wince when I see spelling mistakes in a public forum: unless they're my own, when a spirit of Christian tolerance washes over me.

Unfortunately there's no computerised check for apostrophes yet. On Lulu I saw a new book entitled something like "My Country And It's Beauty."

There will be a short pause while everyone over 30 turns pale and everyone under 30 wonders what all the fuss is about. So many people use apostrophes wrongly that it may become the accepted thing.

Ugh.
