ah-boo! I was hoping for something here...doubt & pride a powerful combination next to fear & wonder

I guess an easy example of everyday doubt & pride is
" I doubt I can hit the ball out of the stadium, and all those other people will see it too"
but i'm sure this thread would have had more substance than my obvious examples:cool:
