I received an e-mail stating my writing was accepted for the site and I cannot seem to find it. I cannot remember the exact title I gave it but it's non-fiction humor. I ran a search with my user name karen4444 and unless my tri-focals are no longer working for me I can't find it. By the way Merry Christmas to you. In case you cannot tell, I'm new here. :p

Hi Karen,

Welcome to our site! We're pleased to have you aboard! :D

Even though you can't remember the exact title, you can still find the story. Simply submit a couple of the title words to the search box in the upper right of this page. It should bring the results right up for you.

Rebecca...Hi. I appreciate your help. It's me most probably....

But, I checked the "Search". the "Articles" functions and the "Others" list.

The last pieces written were added December 18th. And search yielded zero results.

So, I do believe it's not been published on this site irregardless of the e-mail I received stating it was on here.


But, on search I had typed in "The Daring Chase" and "Yard Art Thief", not remembering the exact title I assigned the works.

Perhaps it will show up today. I'm not in a hurry. I'll check it when I get back from church today.

...unless I'm completely overlooking some strategy or like I said before, my tri-focals went on strike. :)

Hi Karen,

I did a search on your user name through the admin panel, but the only thing I found was a "story starter."

I also checked the format of the e-mail that is sent when a story is accepted. According to the template, the exact title of your story or article should appear in that acceptance e-mail. If so, you can use that to perform a search for the story.

If a title does NOT appear in the e-mail, it was to notify you of the acceptance of a "story starter." So.. there will be no article/story to find.. yet.

I hope I've explained this adequately. Please let me know if you have any further questions or if I may help in any other way. :)

I appreciate your help. I believe I've deleted the e-mail. I'll check the story starters...:rolleyes: :)
