Hi,

My name is Nick and I just recently found this site, and its really exciting to be able to be a part of a group like this. Before I commit myself to a group, I always check out the people by browsing around, and lurking for a while. I didn't need to lurk much, because I seemed to feel really comfortable with you guys the moment I read the posts. You all seem great, and not judgmental at all. I'm excited to read you guys works and get to know every one.

I have been writing for a while, but I never finish a story. I am the person that can think of the beginning, and a big twist in the middle, but never fleshing out the story to completion, or even any depth. I'm sure I'm going to learn a lot here.

Thanks for reading my post! :)

God Bless,
Nick

Hi Nick,
Welcome! Welcome! Welcome! We're glad to have you here! I know what you mean about having the beginning and the middle, but no ending. I used to be there myself. But, I can promise you one thing, that those endings will eventually come. For me, it was a faith thing, I started having endings for my work, when I started beliving without a doubt that God would provide them, I just had to continue writing and trusting in Him!

Hey, thank you guys for the warm welcome! I like to write suspense stories with interesting character study. A lot like Ted Dekker's stlye. (If I could only be that good!!!)

Thanks for the encouragment, also, edmmom!

Welcome Nick:

Glad to see another suspense writer here.

This really is a great place. I wish I could spend more time wandering through the posts and reading some of the writing. But, internet is a little pricey over here in Germany so my time on line is limited. But, come February I'll be back in Arizona and not only will I NOT have to worry so much about time, but I'll have high-speed internet. This dial-up system is so slow.

Hope to see some of your writing.

Blessings, Francine
