This forum is for writing-related topics only. That includes discussions about the craft of writing ONLY.

What this is NOT:

This is not a forum for posting work. I state this mainly for new members who don't have access to the workshops yet. I strongly urge all new members to read the FAQ (http://4Believers.com/forums/faq.php?faq=vb_faq#faq_cw_forums) before posting, especially the parts about the different levels of membership.

This is not a forum for advertising one's own work. It is perfectly okay to mention that you have a book published in your introduction thread (which should be kept in the introduction forum (http://4Believers.com/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=48)). It is NOT okay to post press releases, book reviews, synopses, proposals, etc. here. There are some things in the works in regards to book promotion so hang tight and watch for any updates, they'll be posted in the news and announcements forum.

This is not a forum for general chit-chat, Internet how-tos, questions about the site, etc. Any general discussion not related to writing should be posted in the open forum (http://4Believers.com/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=4).

This is NOT a debate forum.

This is not a theological discussion forum. You may believe that you have a unique revelation from God. Don't use this as a forum to share it (though you can discuss the craft of writng so that you can write a book about it--that's what we're here for).

If you believe that you have a belief system or lifestyle that makes you "holier" than everyone else... keep it to yourself. We consider haughty, argument, and ultimately divisive behavior to be TROLLING and will deal with it as such. In other words, if you can't get along with the other kids, take your ball and go home.

One last thing... thread hijacking will not be tolerated. If you feel you must change the focus of the conversation, I suggest you learn to use the "Post New Thread" button. There is absolutely no reason to tack an unrelated question, comment, or reply onto somebody else's thread for the purpose of changing the direction of replies. It's a common courtesy, nothing more.

More posting guidelines can be found here (http://4Believers.com/forums/showthread.php?t=827).

As always, any post or announcement Rebecca makes superceeds what is posted here.

Now, please fasten your seatbelts and return your table trays to an upright position...
