Welcome,
nice to have you onboard. There are lots of friendly, helpful folk here.
I'm shivering down here in New Zealand at the moment. The sky is gray with drizzle and winter has on its chilly coat. :) Can I have some of your summer sun?
Anyway, I'm sure you'll love it here.
All the best.

:D My favorite fiction genres! Do you have anything published on-line that you want to share?

We are always open to book reviews, but they are not our #1 priority. We would prefer reviews of books the author is recommending.... those that might help the Christian select something good and/or helpful.

We don't have, per se, a staff reviewer or anything like that. We have had a few submissions for movie reviews and will have one appear in July.

I am glad you liked the site. We are trying to mix "safe" secular with Christ-centric fiction, and the audience is growing--an audience that includes many Christians as well as many "undeclared/undecided/etc." Since I metion this, go ahead and add it to your prayer list(s)--that God would use the mag to reach who he wants to reach.

I just had a look at your site and it looks great. Love the front page. I'm into photography and love cloudy skies. I'll go back and do more reading later.

That was made using Bryce. It is convincing, though, isn't it?

Yes, it is very convincing. !thumbsup!
Can you please tell me about Bryce? One day I would like to build my own site.

I'll be happy to share ours........it's supposed to be in the 90's today (Fahrenheit) w/ 98% humidity! Ugh!

And welcome writingwoman, I'm new here as well and loving it. :)

In the 90's?!
Um, (quick backtrack here :D ) about half that would be great, thanks, but if it only comes in that range, then I think I will just keep my cold days and turn a heater on. :D

Howdy Writingwoman:

Your name interesting me since I'm writegirl ... wishful thinking, of course.

This is a great place where lots of information is share ... just looking at the posts here shows how we chase a rabbit or two, lol. I can do that quite easily.

As for temperatures ... up until last night, Heidelberg was in a virtual ... (hmm, can't use that word like you used to, can you?) no, make that very real heat wave  . Temps in the 90s with high humdity. That doesn't sound too bad unless you realize there is no air conditioning here. And so, the temps inside can actually end up being hotter than the outside. But, God answers prayers -- we had a wonderful storm blow in last night and now it's cool and breezy.

I was also pleased to see someone else interested in short stories. While I'm into writing novels, my true love is short stories.

Anyway, I think you'll like it here. There are great folks with lots of helpful ideas and wonderful web sites to visit.

Blessings, Francine

Good news is that it's cooled off a bit.
