We are Christians

I'm not sure if this is the right place for this, but I just felt to share a few thoughts. :)
We are Christians.
As Christians,
we are not perfect,
we are not holy(not totally, not yet) :D
We are sinners, but we are forgiven.
We make mistakes,
sometimes say dumb things.
We don't always think before we leap.
At times our hearts are hurt or we hurt others
have mercy on yourselves, have mercy upon others
Jesus died for us,
He forgave us,
we bare His name
He covered us with His cleansing Blood
Jesus loves us.
We are God's children.
God chose each and everyone of us, He created each and everyone of us.
We are all speciel to Him
God is the only One who never makes mistakes, never says things that He shouldn't
When we go to Him with humble hearts, He has compasion for us. He forgives us.
:) Smile and use the gifts He has given you.
And remember, no matter what you do, Jesus died for you.
He Loves You!

LOL I hadn't even thought of that :) I just felt a need to remind us all of who we are. Do you think I should turn it into a poem?

Just my opinion....your words could indeed wrap into the makings of a beautiful poem....re-work it a bit , drop some of the repetition .........create with it a wonderful flow of free verse....you almost have it conquered...

The whole thing is great !thumbsup! I especially liked that you acknowledge our humanity and imperfection - alot of people are always striving so hard to be perfect because they think that is what the christian life requires. But is by grace through faith we have been saved, and NOT by works, not by being perfect. And just as you said, all that really matters is God's love for us :) Thank you for reminding us of who we are in Christ.
