Hello,

My name is Jason and I'm new here. I enjoy writing and am looking for exposure. I would like some constructive criticism. Please view my recent writings at my website (http://forhispeople.skylinetech.net). Can somebody give me some tips on how to best use this website?

Blessings,

Jason

Hello there,
nice to meet you. This is a great site with lots of friendly, helpful people. Um, do you mean this website, or the one you want people to look at?
Anyway, have a look around, get involved. Catch you around. !thumbsup!

welcome Jason. Your website looks good, Just need more about you, I suppose. You seem to be into Revelation. So am i. I have written a poetry book on that book and a daily devotional. I love end times material and reading all about the rapture. i try to collect as much info as i can without reading into anything that isn't biblical. Look forward to hearing more about you in the forum.

There's plenty of activity here. The best part is because it is 100% Christian. There's snoops everywhere I soppose, but if they are here they know to keep under cover. I fear nothing on CW; it's the best-kept meeting place on cybernetics. It usually takes a while to get acquainted. There's always something new. Everyone is working (except me) -- I'm too old and living with the aftermath of a stroke for my 79th birthday -- You can get help and critiqued on anything you write...if you follow the simple rules. We have the best group of administrators AND writing mates; the entire scope of the writing field is well represented here. Let us know what you need.

Thank you very much for the warm welcome. I'm sorry to here about the stroke but am certain that the Lord will turn the unfortunate circumstance for good somehow. He is so good to us. He is so gentle and kind.

Yeah, I like the book of Revelation. The only reason why it's so prevelant on my website is because that is where I happen to be reading right now. I'm just impressed by the fact that Jesus is embedded throughout all of scripture...especially the book of Revealtion!

I love Jesus and I love writing/talking about Him.

Good suggestion about the site. I should add an "about" section so that a vistor knows what my vision, aim, and direction is.

Good to meet you Jason, and welcome to ChristianWriters.

Your website is attractive and easy to navigate. I like your commentaries on the verses. Just a suggestion, maybe bring in some personal anecdotes to illustrate the biblical principles you are underlining. It grounds the text and helps readers to remember the points.

Thank you, that's very helpful.

I'll have to experiment with that. One of the things I enjoy doing is keeping the comments short. I'll have to try and find the balance between short AND sweet!
