Was looking up the "Jesus Movement" of the late '60s and '70s and came across this site:

http://www.jesusmusicoldies.com/

I thought some of you might remember the music played there, or at least might be curious about it. The radio stream is free.

Wow! These were the stars was my christian childhood.

"Hear the artists that defined an era, including Love Song, Larry Norman, Phil Keaggy
2nd Chapter Of Acts and the other architects of the 70s and 80's
Christian music experience."

Love Song: The first true christian rock band, tho they would barely pass for country today. They were so radical many churches preached against them. But they a number one hit on the secular charts in the Phillipines.

Larry Norman: The first true Jesus Rocker. He had long hair blonde hair down to his knees and wrote great songs like "He's an unidentified flying object" and "Why does the Devil have all the good music." We was wonderfully weird and fun.

Phil Keaggy: One the best guitarists of all time. I still listen to "The Master and the Musician" with awe.

2nd Chapter of Acts: I was trying to like Southern Gospel music when they showed up on my secular college campus singing "The Devil is a Liar." Oh my,was I set free! Saw them in concert many times. Miss them a lot!

Keith Green: Not enough can be said of this man of God who sung every song from the bottom of his heart. I hear his songs done today by new bands, not nobody sings with his urgency or passion.

Gosh, bring this back up gives me goosebumps!

Thanks for the link.
