Our Own Anthology

Managers, what's the chance of putting together our own anthology under a particular subject? I was really inspired by our "Ode" chain in Poetry.

The anthology sounds like a wonderful idea. I think it would get more people interested in the site. I'd also love to see a collection of Christian poetry. I give the idea my whole-hearted support.

CafePress may be the way to go. The copies are a little pricier than doing a production run of thousands, BUT there is no upfront cost. The books are printed as needed, and I understand the quality is pretty good.

_____I think a size limit is a good idea. If there is a small amount of people that will work on it, then move up the word count. It may also be a good idea to have a website up for it. I could host it easy, I still have room for two more domain names, and their only $15. It would also be good to have links to each writers page.

Domain names are almost half that price - only $8.88/year - at http://namecheap.com. ;)

_____I haven't seen you in some time. Nice to see you. ;) After you posted, I relized I should mention something about my crazy cost. It includes seting up the domain on my host so I can run all my ftp stuff. That's why I go through them. I could be wrong about it all, I'm not an exspert.

If we decide to go ahead with an anthology, I'd like to have it a print version rather than online. Print copies tend to be more lasting and open some options not available to internet versions.
