Waiting on Computer

:mad: Still waiting.....my computers sound like they are in excellent hands but...I am still waiting in to get them back. And now my boss has notified everyone that school computers are not available for personal use, whichn includes checking e-mail and sites like CW. I think some one is suffering some male PMS, but he's the boss...so...until I can get to the library or I get my computers back, I'll be here even less. :mad: Thought I'd let you know.

Saturday finds me here at the library computer. Arrrggg.......I don't know...I'm sure Jeff is going to deliver back to me a super computer, but as I told his wife before I ever agreed to this, "ARE YOU SURE JEFF HAS TIME TO DO THIS!! HE IS A REALLY BUSY GUY!!!" But, wife, my fellow teacher assured me, "Oh, he'll get it done...he's so smart Jeff is just wonderful..." to the point where I was starting to feel guilty about pushing the Dell purchase button and said, "Okay." He really as as smart as his wife claims, but we never discussed which century the work would be completed in...so I have stumbled into one of those lovely situations where if I demand my stuff get worked on immediatley, I'm the bad guy. Patient sigh....prayer...slam head against the wall.....

The one I really don't get is my boss with the 'Don't check e-mail policy thing.' I'm going to hold my tongue on that one for a bit. maybe someone is doing something totally outrageous at work that I don't know about. But the thing is I'm occasionally going to have to take a look since I don't have a computer at home and the library closes before I can get there...and I have stories out. But I figure if I get fired for checking my e-mail a couple of times I'm in the wrong place anyway.
