I look forward to your articles John.
I have changed the way things work for signing up to be a writer/editor. There is now an application form right on the site. all you have to do is fill it out and hit submit, and I will get your information and be in touch. Once you are approved as a writer or editor, I will then send you a username and password to use to login to the site to submit articles.

Mike,
Am I understanding the site well enough to see that this would essentially be a "once approved you post your article" or are items submitted to an editor who makes a decision on the piece? If a person is accepted as a writer - do they submit from time to time or are they taking on a column?
I just couldn't figure that out from the website - I know you're working to get this launched and I wish you great success - just sign me an inquiring mind.

Glenn,
I am open to however the person would want to do it. If they want to take on an ongoing column once a month, then great. If they would prefer to simply send something in from time to time, that is fine as well.
You will cme to realize that I am pretty easy going as far as how things run.

Mike,
From one editor to another - don't be too easy going. :p
Although I will say it should be interesting to learn through the process of on-line publishing. May God bless - you should have a cyber application for Glenn Hascall in hand.

Don't worry, I won't allow myself to get railroaded.
Got it and have responded.

Mike,
I mean my comments in the best of humor - no offense ever intended - hope none was taken.
One further question if I might.
Is this a monthly, weekly, quarterly publication?
Glenn !thumbsup!

Well, you should have something in hand that I wrote just last night. Not sure if it is what your looking for but it provided a platform to jump from.
Serve Him Well, Mike,
Glenn !thumbsup!

Well, I am not a very emotional person usually, and given the fact that I lost my mother very unexpectedly the last part of 2003, that story almost brought me to tears as I started thing back to my childhood and all the crazy(and stupid) things I did that my mom took care of.
That is a great article and I must say that I think it belongs in our first issue, since it is right before Mother's Day.

Greetings ...
Are you still looking for volunteer writers for
Reach Magazine?
I clicked the link for the magazine on the first message, but
it takes me to a empty domain page ...
Thanks
Catherine

It appears that the website is available for sale - not sure what happened and I haven't heard from Mike since early this month. It's not really making much sense - we might do well to pray for Mike.

To everyone who was part of Reach Magazine. Yes, I am still around, I have decided to go with a true passion in my life for ministry. Helping people find good Christian music for an alternative to the secular music of today.
The site is titled EXTREME Christian Ministries http://extremechristianministries.com we are planning on putting together a ezine that will cover music and Christian living in today's world.
Glad you are okay. We were all wondering what had happened to you and the website you had begun to put together. Glad you are working on something you enjoy.

Is there room for your magazine for a fitness writer? Is this a paid gig?
