Glad I found Christian Writers

Hi all, just introducing myself. I live in the U.K. I became a christian in my early twenties, and have just got around to trying my hand at writing at almost forty! There have been incredible blessings and plenty of hard knocks over the years, and I hope that I can get some of the journeys' experiences into my writing. Anyway, looking forward to getting to know you all.

Hi Nathanael, nice to meet you. :) This is a great site with helpful, friendly people. I'm from New Zealand and joined CW not long ago.
I also became a christian in my twenties and returned to writing somewhere near my forties. Life experiences, good and bad, lend themselves nicely to stories that God can use to reach out to others. May God bless you and your writing.

Getting started writing is the tough part for me, and I put my writing aside (my personal writing) for almost 15 years. I could never get away from it, though, because the Lord knows the plans that he has for me, that I might prosper and be in good health. What better way to stay healthy than to write? So, although I am still working at opening the great door to publishing, I am dancing inside of the lily of the Lord's provision. It feels good here. This site is a blessing. Hey Keith, great to meet another Brit, as you say. Well, I may have joined before you but your contribution here puts me very much in the shade, I haven't reached 50 posts yet! That is also why our paths have not crossed on CW, I am not around much these days due to various distractions and general workload ( I am a freelance web designer trying to build up business ) But hopefully I will soon find time to get on with my writing and be able to take part more here too.
