Progress Report

Hello,
_____It’s been a time since I posted, and I’ve been wondering what’s going on here. I’ve been running around in circles. I need to have a $400 fix done on the Explorer, I’m looking at moving (maybe out of state), and I’ve been messing with a stay at home job. Yesterday I had this erg to call a publisher Gump gave me. They asked me all sorts of questions, went to my site, and then asked me for my book. Definitely not the norm for a publisher.
_____I’ve also been making some great progress with my writing. I have fifteen of Vailion’s chapters up and six short tales now. It’s odd how it makes me feel more professional. Before I felt like I was hiding in a hole thinking, “I must only show my work to publishers.” Placing my work up for others to read has been very rewording.
_____I finally did up a sort of logo for the site too. It’s an Emem - four-winged wolf of sorts. I’m thinking about putting it onto some shirts, bumper stickers, or maybe a giant magnet. I just can’t seem to make up my mind yet.

So good to hear from you. Happy about the publisher request--will be praying it is a good and fruitful contact. I'm still working on all my projects, lots of rejections, a couple of acceptances (articles etc.) but still plugging along. Which state are you considering?? Just curious. Missed you. _____If I don't stay in the big O I will be heading back to Texas. That's the plan, unless the publisher wants me to move near by. I called them back today to recover some of their qustions after reading up on their site.
_____I've missed hanging out here a lot! The power went dead where my net pc is. I'm running it off a RV exstention cord right now, so I have to plug and unplug it all the time! The only thing I've been getting online for of late is to update my site. Speaking of which, I have sixteen chapters up now.
_____Anyways, I've been focusing on my work a good deal. It's good to hear you've gotten your articals accepted. I still need to send one to BrotherDave - I think that's his nick here.

_____I'm interested in tradeing links with other writers here. I don't want to start some crazy web ring but I want to support others by putting them in my links. You can drop by my site and go to the links section to see what I mean. There;s only one link there right now, but I've known one of the writers for a while now.

Angel...good to see that you are back up. Well, let me tell you what has been going on. I am back in the States and working full time in the ministry as an evangelist and owner of www.achristianlifecoach.com which by the way....I am making the life coaching experience free and not charging (see my "thought 4 you" page and look at the thought titled Man's Wisdom and God's Foolishness). Anyway, I need to be able to manipulate the cover you did for "Postscript." In other words, I need to be able to adjust font sizes, etc. I also need it to paste to my file on Adobe InDesign. Also, are you still planning to send me a copy of "The Garden" for publication. The debut magazine will come out in March 2006. I now have a volunteer co-editor of the magazine - she works at a Christian College in Ohio. She is also one of the contributors.

Glad to hear you're doing well and that a publisher is interested. I've been purposely stalling with Strang because I've been so busy and have no time to give them and also because of my health.

Oh, and when do you think that cover artwork CD and the bumper sticker will be sent?

_____It's nice to be back. How are the children doing in class? I just got chapter 17 up, you could let them know lots is up to read now. Now that I think about it. Do you know anyone I could contact along the lines of privat christian schools?
