View Full Version : Housewife and stay-at-home-mother
Hi. My name is Wenonah and I just joined your group. I am the wife of an assitant pastor of a Baptist church and a mother of one. I keep busy with church work, house work, and childcare. But I do have a story almost ready for reading. I would like to see if I can have it read and see if I could publish it. I also have one more longer story in the works. I hope that I can make time to write and learn how to better improve my writing, so that perhapes I could be published.

It is always good to welcome new ones to this website.
Come in and make yourself at home! I do wish you well with your two stories.

Thanks. I have not had time to look through this site. Is there a place to a post a story for reading?

Glad to have you here, Joy/Wenonah! I believe you'll find this a safe place to share and grow.
As I understand the policies, you must evaluate a certain number of other posts before you post one of your own. The exact policy can be found in Support (click the little triangle) under FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions). After you've met the requirements, I think that the Fiction Workshop may be the right place to post.
Again, we welcome you, Sister. In Him, ConstanceB

Welcome Joy,
I think you'll love this site. Enjoy and if I can help let me know.
John :)
Thanks for your help. I went there and read the material. Looks good. I also see a place to look for buyers. I need to finish counted-cross-stiching the baby blanket for my brother's first little one and get the finishing touches down on my story for reading. Thanks for your help. :)

Welcome to this site. I have only been here a short time, but everyone is so helpful and encouraging. My youngest is 10 so I can write while she's at school. May God bless you and others through your writing. :)
