Active chat...

______Is there any way we could have a check in button? You know, so when we are in the chat room, we can place an active note that we are for the time being. Then again, maybe that's to big of a hastle.
______Even if that cannot be done, people need to start hanging out in there for more then two minnits. Also, none of the alarts work unless someone posts. People sign in, post 'Good bye' or something like that, then click leave chat. No one knows they are their till they post the good bye.

We could maybe look into a more advanced chat room style...one that lists who's in the room and that allows you to 'tag' your name with afk (away from keyboard) or brb (be right back) or whatever.

I just set this one up because it was free and easy and quick. I didn't research it extensively. Wanna see what else is available Angel? I do agree, it's not the best system.

_____Och, that hurt. The free chat program that they have really takes the cake. By that I mean, it's very sad and pothetic. I'm going to look over the net a bit.

http://www.freewarejava.com/applets/chat.shtml is the best thing I could find thus far. One of the other places simply didn't work. :confused:
