Oww....my kneee....I crunched it in a car wreck a few years ago and sometimes I still need to wear a leg brace when it gets bad. And that's with doing yoga and weight lifting etc...to make it better. But, I know I'm not alone in the aches andpains department. WG has back problems, Angel has some serious pain issues, Gump has carpal tunnel....it sometimes sounds like a giant Christian Writers Jacuzzi would be just the thing.

But even better is knowing that Jesus came and died for us and that by His stripes we are healed. Aches and pains? Yeah, but Praise God it's only for this season that we spend on earth. I do look forward to the time when we shall see Him as He is and when that day gets here, the brace is going in the trash and I'm going to run.

Fibermyalgia (not sure of the spelling), arthritis, old age--yes, yes, I'd like that jaccuzi now!! I want my new body--I think I'll settle for popcorn and a movie and a motrin. I'll feel better in the morning.

I'm praying for you, Merry. A knee injuury is a horrible thing. About 5 years ago I was scheduled to have knee surgery for a torn cartilage when I got sick with a really bad flu bug. I had to cancel the surgery and when I recovered so did my knee. God healed me completely including my knee!! I had shoulder surgery a year ago for a rotater cuff repair and it seemed as though it would never heal. It did and I did my excersises faithful. You will get better.

Please don't leave me out when you're sitting in wet heaven. I could use some deep warmth right about now. It's getting cold right now where I live and it certainly does not help old bones feel better. So do not feel alone, for we all battle some kind of pain or obstacle. I guess the victory would not be so sweet if we could win without effort.

anyway, I'm next in the Jacuzzi
